It's really hard to put the news you hear about the music industry into perspective until you hear that selling 1,600 CD's puts you at #22 on the Billboard New Artists Charts. When I was like 14 1600 CD's would get you laughed at. That was the number only truly underground bands sold. Now a band like Beneath the Massacre that no one has heard of debut's at #22.
